Creative Production Manager Role

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Creative Production Manager to lead the development and execution of visual and creative assets for our Creative department. This role involves hands-on creation of compelling creative assets for emails, website content, paid and organic social media, and other marketing initiatives. The candidate will oversee the production workflow, manage a team of graphic designers and creators, and act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, including marketing partners, to ensure all assets align with brand standards and business objectives.

Creative Asset Development:
  • Create engaging visual assets, including graphics, videos, email creatives, social media content, and website materials.
Project Management:
  • Oversight of the entire creative production process, from ideation to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, content, and design) and external consultants to produce high-quality creative assets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, Creative Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within a creative or digital marketing environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and coordinating creative teams to successful outcomes.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at navigating diverse team dynamics and stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, including ClickUp.
  • Proficiency in Canva for creating visual content.
  • Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms for campaign creation, automation, and performance tracking.
  • Able to work independently and under minimal supervision.
