Responsibilities
• Deliver detailed information about the facility's services to clients.
• Process client payments for services rendered and assist with the billing process.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in the plans and tariffs.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
• Inform clients of outstanding co-payments.
Required Skills
• College undergraduates require at least 6 months of BPO experience, while college graduates do not.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary.
• Proficiency in computer systems is essential.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Capacity to handle irate, anxious, or grieving clients in a calm and professional manner.
