App Commercial Specialist

As an App Commercial Specialist at ETeam PH, you will play a critical role in supporting our Enterprise Advocates, Loyalty Advocates, EDO analysts, and Marketplace Partners throughout the sales cycle. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support and guidance to these stakeholders, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Enterprise Advocates, Loyalty Advocates, EDO analysts, and Marketplace Partners, addressing their app-related questions and concerns.
  • Verify that all non-standard discounts have been approved by the relevant Atlassian or Marketplace Partner authority.
  • Advise Enterprise Advocates, Loyalty Advocates, EDO analysts, and other sales support team members on general app process and policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Deal Desk and other groups, to support the sales cycle.
  • Partner with content managers and business process analysts to develop process documentation for the App Commercial Desk.
  • Provide user feedback to technical teams in cases of unusual system behavior or testing of new technologies that support Atlassian's internal app sale operations.
  • Offer comprehensive feedback to Marketplace Partners on non-standard deal pipelines.
Requirements:
  • Ability to participate in daily video chats to support stakeholders, peers, management, customers, and partners.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Excel, including the creation of ad hoc formulas.
  • Working knowledge of Confluence and sales service desk tools.
  • At least one year of experience providing direct customer support.
  • Strong sense of ownership for resolving support requests.
  • Strong customer service background, ability to work under tight deadlines, and balance multiple deal support requests.
