Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating same-day deliveries across the US, including dispatching runs and communicating with cross-functional teams. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Dispatch Deliveries: Dispatch deliveries in assigned markets and create efficient routes given driver schedules, customer needs, and service level due times.
  • Mastery of Dispatch System: Display mastery of the CXT dispatch system.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate directly with customers via phone and email to resolve issues quickly while maintaining a calm, professional tone.
  • Communication with Drivers: Provide direct, efficient communication and immediate feedback to drivers.
  • On-Time Delivery Metrics: Achieve on-time delivery metrics of 90%+ for all markets assigned.
  • Market Knowledge: Learn your market(s) ensuring full comprehensive knowledge of clients, drivers, and specific needs of the market.
