Our company is seeking a Logistics Professional to manage end-to-end supply chain operations.

This role will be critical in overseeing production planning with overseas manufacturers and final-mile delivery coordination.

Core Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with domestic and international manufacturers on production timelines, capacity, and material flow.
  • Inbound Logistics and Outbound Fulfillment: Oversee inbound logistics and outbound fulfillment, including freight, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Track inventory movement and reconcile discrepancies across ERP, 3PL, and internal systems.
  • Forecasting: Forecast inventory needs in collaboration with Ops, CX, and Finance teams.
  • Process Improvement: Lead process improvements across manufacturing and logistics to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with international trade and shipping regulations.
Ideal Background
  • Manufacturing Operations Experience: 3–5+ years in manufacturing operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • DTC or CPG Environment: Experience in DTC or CPG environments; startup or high-growth preferred.
  • ERP System Familiarity: Familiar with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, DEAR), Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Analytical and Organizational Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills.
  • 3PL and Freight Forwarder Experience: Experience working with 3PLs and freight forwarders.
  • Bonus: Quality Control or Sustainability Exposure: Bonus: Exposure to quality control or sustainability in production/shipping.

This role reports directly to the Director of Operations and plays a key part in scaling our operations as we expand product lines and distribution channels.
