Job Description

This is a full-time remote position that requires managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts. As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to own end-to-end account management, including customer service.

You will also be responsible for conducting daily product listing checks, responding to customer inquiries, handling product replacements, refunds, and dispute negative feedback. Additionally, you will analyze negative reviews at the ASIN level and implement solutions.

Making sure seller performance metrics are monitored and addressed before they escalate is also crucial in this role. Resolving stranded inventory issues to maximize sales will be another key task.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts at a high level.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions & data analysis).
  • Detail-oriented with a high sense of accountability.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Organized, efficient, and results-driven.
