Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Amazon account professional to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end Amazon FBA and Seller Central account management.

This is a full-time role that requires strong Microsoft Excel skills, in-depth knowledge of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience managing Amazon FBA and Seller Central accounts, with a strong sense of accountability and a detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities
  • Create, optimize, and maintain product listings.
  • Manage shipments from creation to successful delivery.
  • Conduct daily listing checks to ensure accuracy and performance.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with clear, proactive communication.
  • Handle refunds, replacements, and resolve negative feedback.
  • Analyze negative reviews at the ASIN level and recommend solutions.
  • Monitor account health & performance metrics, fixing issues before they escalate.
  • Resolve stranded inventory issues to maximize sales.
  • Provide general account health and maintenance support.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of Amazon's seller policies and procedures.
  • Experience with Amazon FBA and Seller Central account management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
