Job Overview

We are seeking an Amazon Account Manager who can drive results in a dynamic environment.

This role involves managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts, ensuring accurate product listings and optimal performance. Strong communication skills are necessary to respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively handle any issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis. A high sense of accountability and exceptional problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end Amazon FBA & Seller Central account management.
  • Conduct daily product listing checks for accuracy and performance.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues.
  • Analyze negative reviews and implement solutions.
  • Monitor seller performance metrics and address any issues before they escalate.
Requirements
  • 2+ years managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts at a high level.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions & data analysis).
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Organized, efficient, and results-driven.
