Lead Engineering Teams to Drive Technical Excellence

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Engineering Manager to oversee the development and strategic direction of our NetSuite-based solutions. This role involves managing multiple engineering teams, driving technical excellence in NetSuite platform development, and setting architectural integrity across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple enterprise engineering teams, develop leadership talent, foster ownership, remove blockers, and create an inclusive environment
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain top engineering talent specializing in ERP solutions
  • Lead managers and grow leadership talent across NetSuite development teams
  • Set technical direction for scalable NetSuite ERP solutions using SuiteScript, JavaScript, and database technologies

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software development
  • 5+ years of management experience leading multiple teams and managing managers
  • Experience with JavaScript, SQL (PL/SQL), and relational database design with Oracle and MS SQL Server
