This role involves identifying qualified candidates, streamlining recruitment processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for applicants and our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Screen resumes, cover letters, and initial interviews via video conferencing tools
  • Manage candidate communication and email correspondence
  • Keep recruitment records updated in CRM systems and spreadsheets
  • Coordinate with managers and assistants to align on hiring needs
  • Contribute to standard operating procedures, training resources, and team communication channels
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience (required)
  • 1–2 years of BPO customer service experience (preferred)
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or a strong interest to learn
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable
