We're looking for a Recruitment Operations Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume recruitment and can deliver polished, people-first results.

This is a full-time, onsite role in Ortigas working on a US shift schedule.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate job postings, candidate outreach, and interview scheduling.
  • Support onboarding, orientation, and staff communications.
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS and ensure smooth recruitment operations.
  • Assist with sourcing for niche/urgent roles and event staffing.
  • Track staff attendance, collect feedback, and support special projects.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience (temporary & permanent).
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills specifically in data analysis, reporting, and automation, including proficiency with pivot tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
  • Leadership background in staffing, hospitality, retail, or events.
  • Strong skills in sourcing strategies, operations, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in ATS, Hubspot, Slack, Calendly, Canva, and Google Workspace.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and thrives under pressure.
