We are seeking a skilled Retail Professional to manage the sales and daily operations of our store located at SM Hypermarket Antipolo.
About the RoleThis is a full-time opportunity for a motivated individual who can lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities- Lead a team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Manage the visual merchandising of the store, including gondola displays and product layouts.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and control stock movements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Train and develop employees to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability.
- Implement and maintain effective store processes and systems.
- Bachelor's Degree in any field or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years of working experience in Retail Industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Amenable to work in SM Hypermarket Antipolo.
