Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading site operations to achieve key metrics such as Safety, Quality, Service, Waste, and Cost. This role requires implementing safety programs, ensuring product quality, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Main Responsibilities
  • Implementing site-specific safety and environmental programs to improve safety culture.
  • Ensuring products meet world-class quality standards and promoting a quality culture.
  • Achieving 99% output reliability and best-in-class productivity for reliable service.
  • Developing agile work systems to engage employees towards autonomy.
  • Coordinating production activities through team leaders.
  • Integrating methodologies and promoting best practices.
  • Driving autonomous maintenance of equipment.
  • Maintaining discipline and minimizing organizational loss time.
  • Managing manufacturing processes and addressing deviations.
Requirements
  • 5 to 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
  • Understanding and enforcement of SHE standards and GMPs.
  • Effective conflict management and creating an inclusive environment.
  • Experience with manufacturing equipment, concepts, and regulations.
  • Leadership experience in WCM/UMS, R2S.
  • Strong change management skills.
  • Understanding of operational performance impact on financial outcomes.
