Rahi Systems Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Vendor Relations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving profitable business results and operational excellence by creating and developing relationships within our vendor base. Your primary goal will be to procure new vendors and negotiate with existing vendors while ensuring compliance with Rahi Systems policies and requirements.
In this role, you will interact with other internal client support team members on vendor issues to ensure that customer expectations are always met, and the vendor obligation is fulfilled. You will also be responsible for sourcing and procuring vendors, creating support tools and materials to manage and track vendors, using negotiation skills with current vendors, and helping desk for vendors to onboard them and maintain successful relationships.
Your qualifications and requirements include 3+ years of customer service experience and 1+ year of facilities vendor management experience preferred. Additionally, you must have computer skills in MS Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. CRM system/environment experience preferred or ability to adapt quickly, excellent follow-up, communication, and customer service skills, proficient in spoken and written English, position requires a team player, positive proactive attitude, and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
