About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven affiliate manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or digital marketing, with a focus on TikTok or social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Affiliate Program Management:
    • Develop and execute TikTok affiliate programs to maximize engagement and revenue.
    • Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and affiliate partners to create and promote affiliate links.
    • Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with new TikTok influencers and affiliate partners.
  • Campaign Strategy & Optimization:
    • Develop and implement strategies for driving affiliate sales through TikTok.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize efforts and deliver results.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve affiliate content performance and increase ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the social media, content, and creative teams to ensure TikTok affiliate content aligns with brand goals and resonates with target audiences.
    • Partner with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials, including tracking links, promo codes, and banners for TikTok campaigns.
  • Data-Driven Reporting:
    • Track, report, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate affiliate program success.
    • Deliver regular reports on campaign performance, influencer engagement, and affiliate revenue.
    • Use data to identify trends and opportunities for program growth.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or digital marketing, preferably with a focus on TikTok or social media platforms.
  • Skills:
    • Understanding of TikTok's platform and trends.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on key metrics.
    • Affiliate marketing tools and platforms.
    • Stakeholder management.
    • Passion for staying ahead of trends in digital marketing and social media.
