About the Role

As an Automation Developer, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex automation solutions that bring significant transformation to how HR works.

This role is focused on delivering technology-driven solutions that enhance employee experiences. You will use UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform to design, build, test, and refine automations that make services faster, simpler, and more engaging for employees.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
  • Design and deliver high-quality automation solutions for high-priority HR needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover opportunities for improvement and innovation in HR processes.
  • Create robust, scalable, and maintainable automations with clear documentation and guidelines.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to peer reviews to maintain high quality standards.
  • Recommend and trial new approaches, tools, or features that could enhance delivery and efficiency.

To succeed in this challenging and rewarding role, you should have experience working with automation technologies such as UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications

You will be expected to demonstrate a range of technical skills including:

  • Strong programming skills with experience of scripting languages.
  • Knowledge of automation platforms and tools such as UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and design effective automation solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
