Job Summary

The HR Reporting and Automation Specialist will play a pivotal role in our organization's growth by developing our reporting and process automation capabilities.

  • Timely delivery of existing reports and collaboration with various stakeholders for new report requests or changes in requirements
  • Regular quality checks on reports produced and resolution of any issues found with data or production process (escalation to manager when necessary)
  • Collaboration with IT in the development and maintenance of our HR reporting data warehouse
  • Support in the development of automated solutions for HR processes using cutting-edge tools
  • Pioneering the integration of new technologies to HR, such as Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence
  • Adherence to company policies around data privacy, security, and retention

Key Responsibilities:
