Highly Skilled Engineering Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill a critical role within our engineering team.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using Ruby on Rails, adhering to best practices and high coding standards.
- Collaborate closely with remote teams, providing clear and proactive communication to align on project objectives and technical specifications.
- Lead development of core features, taking full responsibility for project execution, quality control, and deployment.
- Support and mentor junior developers, setting an example in code quality, work organization, and communication.
You will also be expected to stay current with industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices to ensure the company's platform remains competitive, represent the company at local events and conferences, and help establish its brand and expand its network within the tech community.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects, proven experience in a leadership or management role within an engineering team, exceptional organizational skills, and excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and a proactive approach to collaboration.
