Job Overview
Hiring for a Digital Governance Leader who will lead the Country Third Party Governance Forum and provide strategic management support to the Country COO and Head of Performance Services. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in banking or financial services, preferably in a global organization.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for governance and oversight on the end-to-end Third Party management process, compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements relevant to third-party management, governance, and oversight. They will also point of contact for all outsourcing and insourcing governance requests and process requirements and work closely with TPEMs and monitoring key risk indicators/metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in strategic planning and communication, a strong understanding of HSBC structures, processes, and objectives across the Group, and a strong knowledge of the external environment, such as regulatory requirements. They should also have a strong ability to influence senior stakeholders, excellent relationship management, collaboration, and influencing skills, and previous background of working in a matrix organization structure.
