Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Assistant to join our team. As a Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various financial tasks, including processing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining financial records, and preparing financial reports.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Processing and managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintaining financial records and ensuring proper documentation of transactions.
  • Preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior management on a weekly basis or as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in data entry, administration, and general accounting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and any accounting software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
