We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Protege Logistics Philippines Inc. in a key role of Compensation and Benefits Specialist.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling payroll computation, administering government-mandated benefits, keeping accurate records of payroll and benefits, and performing other HR functions within their capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Computation: Handle payroll computation, including processing salary payments and managing employee benefits.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer government-mandated benefits, such as social security and health insurance.
  • Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of payroll and benefits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Other HR Functions: Perform other HR functions within your capacity, including recruitment, training, and employee engagement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in payroll and benefits administration.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of payroll and benefits regulations.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a monthly salary of ₱60,000 - ₱80,000 depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
