HR Officer

The role is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, selection, and placement process, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding for new hires. The position also involves developing and administering psychometric assessments to support hiring and internal decision-making. Additionally, the role manages the company's HR Information System (HRIS), ensures payroll accuracy, and handles job analysis and salary benchmarking. The position ensures compliance with government and labor standards and facilitates both employee benefits and off-boarding processes.
Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
- Must be a Registered Psychometrician.
- A minimum of one year of practical experience in Human Resources, specifically in both recruitment and compensation and benefits areas, is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications is essential, including advanced knowledge of tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for handling reports, documentation, and presentations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical to effectively interact with employees, candidates, and management, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
- Must be dependable, honest, and trustworthy, maintaining a high level of integrity in handling sensitive information
