E-Learning Experience Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to oversee the entire eLearning project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Analysis: Gather information, identify client needs, and analyze content to pinpoint primary and secondary learning objectives.
- Design: Develop branded templates, brainstorm innovative design elements, generate ideas for interactive activities, gamification, and assessments.
- Development: Create engaging content using Adobe Creative Suite, Audacity, and multimedia tools, applying gamification and scenario-based learning principles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely communication, create comprehensive project documentation, and report on utilization of materials.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
- 4 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in a call center environment.
- Training needs analysis, methods, and procedures, process mapping, and visual display design principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in various software application programs, including MS Office.
