About You:

You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies centered on an audience predominantly visiting obituaries. You will collaborate with the product team to enhance email capture rates and optimize email conversion flows for our unique audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-volume email marketing campaigns across multiple systems and email platforms.
  • Drive A/B tests to determine effective strategies for user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Create engaging messaging that effectively communicates value propositions while being sensitive to the audience's emotions.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for email platform consolidation and future platform selections.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach and continuously seek to understand and improve the user journey.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance based on key performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, or similar discipline.
  • Strong experience in building and launching high-volume email campaigns with a focus on empathy and conversion.
  • Proven experience across various email marketing and automation platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability in making strategic recommendations for email platform optimization.
