Programmatic Media Specialist

As a Programmatic Media Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of client campaigns. This includes managing initial briefs, executing deals, and ensuring successful campaign launches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Setup and Execution
    • Build audience segments based on client specifications
    • Automatically generate deal IDs
    • Curate inventory packages aligned with target segments
  • Technical Configuration and QA
    • Implement and verify ad tags, pixels, and tracking URLs
    • Conduct campaign QA and secure internal sign-off
  • Platform Deployment and Troubleshooting
    • Configure, test, and troubleshoot SSP integrations and inventory feeds
    • Deploy deals into DSP seats and monitor setup errors
    • Troubleshoot issues across DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon) and SSPs (OpenX, PubMatic, Index Exchange)
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization
    • Monitor live campaign metrics and produce reports
    • Adjust bids, caps, and inventory to optimize performance
  • Margin Management
    • Track campaign margins and propose optimizations to protect profitability
  • Client Support and Escalations
    • Provide first-line technical support and escalate complex issues
  • Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Sharing
    • Research and document new techniques
    • Share best practices and train peers
Requirements
  • 5+ years in Technical Account Management or Programmatic Trading
  • Deep expertise with DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon) and SSPs (OpenX, PubMatic, Index Exchange)
  • Proficiency in ad tags, pixels, tracking URLs, bid strategies, and QA processes
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across the ecosystem
  • Commercial acumen for balancing performance and margin
  • Excellent communication skills for technical translation
