Team Leader Opportunity

  • We are seeking a skilled Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your team.
  • You will serve as a point of escalation for issues outside the authority of an agent and work closely with the Client Experience Manager and People Manager to identify growth and development opportunities for team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • People Management: Oversee the performance and well-being of team members.
  • Growth and Development: Identify opportunities for team members to grow and develop in their roles.
  • Performance Quality Management: Monitor and assess team members' performance, providing timely feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Logistics: Ensure that team members have the necessary resources to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Internal Coordination: Work with the People Development Manager to make recommendations for team members' career paths and assist in creating comprehensive training plans.
  • External Communications: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Three years of supervisory experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and cloud-based applications.
