Rise Internet is a leading provider of internet services in the Philippines. Our mission is to accelerate internet for the country by delivering excellent customer experiences and creating a positive impact on our partners and industries.
We have grown significantly since our humble beginnings, serving business and wholesale customers in Cebu, Manila, and Davao. Our customers come from various industries, including real estate, IT, and business process outsourcing. They require high-quality service and great customer support.
To deliver exceptional customer experiences, we work exclusively with technical services company Pathfinders. Through this partnership, we maintain our benchmark average installation time of 1.8 weeks for business clients. We also operate GetaFIX, the largest Internet eXchange in the Philippines, which helps increase efficiency in content and connectivity throughout the country. Additionally, we operate Open Access Network, a Fiber as a Service offering that simplifies complexity for developers and telecommunication companies while enhancing customer satisfaction.

Job Description:
The Account Manager plays a crucial role in identifying qualified prospects from lead sources, saturating assigned sites, generating new leads for business opportunities, and championing the Rise Brand to attract and develop client relations. This position contributes to the overall revenue of the company by meeting individual and team targets. The Account Manager collaborates with relevant teams to promote and deliver Rise services, ensuring strict adherence to internal and external compliance standards. Key responsibilities include maintaining data integrity, sales pipeline, and sales processes in support of business goals, ensuring consistent positive customer experiences, and performing ad-hoc tasks as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate has previous experience in a similar role or dealing with similar decision makers. They are result-oriented, have a positive attitude toward challenges, and drive to excel. Strong influencing skills, communication skills, and a strong command of English are essential. The candidate should have established experience exceeding sales targets and related achievements. Demonstrable experience in complex environments requiring attention to detail and time management is also required.
