
Administrative Support Specialist

This role entails managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements and handling email correspondence.
Your proficiency in Excel will be essential for data analysis, reporting and workflow optimization. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities, along with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage executive schedules and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Handle email correspondence via Outlook and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Create and maintain Excel reports using advanced functions such as VLOOKUP and PivotTables.
- Support CRM activities using Pipedrive and conduct lead generation and data enrichment using Seamless.ai.
- Assist with order processing and inventory tracking via SellerCloud.
- Prepare presentations, reports and documentation for internal and client use.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
- Microsoft Excel - VLOOKUP required, PivotTables preferred.
- Outlook - For email and calendar management.
- Pipedrive - Training provided.
- Seamless.ai - For lead generation.
- SellerCloud - For order and inventory management.
