This role offers a fantastic opportunity to provide administrative support to our executive search professionals. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel plans.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain filing systems and manage documents related to client projects.
- Conduct research to assist with candidate sourcing and client needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients and candidates for a professional experience.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and workshops.
To succeed in this role, you should possess prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role, strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent written and verbal communication, ability to handle confidential information with discretion, attention to detail and accuracy, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

- Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
