This role will oversee the effective administration of sales operations, ensuring seamless processes and streamlined coordination across teams. The Sales Operations Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing quotes and invoices, and providing timely administrative support to sales and success teams.

  • Maintain clean and up-to-date pipeline data in HubSpot, ensuring accuracy and consistency in value, stage, and close date
  • Monitor lead stages, flagging any inconsistencies and driving updates and follow-ups after pipeline meetings and deal reviews
  • Support lifecycle tracking for upgrades, renewals, and new deals, ensuring smooth internal deal processes

The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Stripe, Google Workspace, and other SaaS platforms.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Administrative roles in a SaaS or B2B environment
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Stripe, Google Workspace; familiarity with tools like Notion, ClickUp, or Airtable is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to follow through independently
