Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing intercompany invoices, reviewing and clearing aged intercompany AR items, agreeing intercompany AR balances with the appropriate counterparty for month-end close, processing intercompany netting payments and allocating any payments/receipts on a monthly basis, and performing monthly analysis of goods received but not invoiced (GRNI).

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Excel, and the ability to work well under time constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Intercompany Invoices: Timely and accurate processing of intercompany invoices, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Review and Clear Aged Intercompany AR Items: Regular review and clearance of aged intercompany AR items to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Agree Intercompany AR Balances: Agreement of intercompany AR balances with the appropriate counterparty for month-end close.
  • Process Intercompany Netting Payments: Processing of intercompany netting payments and allocation of any payments/receipts on a monthly basis.
  • Monthly Analysis of GRNI: Monthly analysis of goods received but not invoiced (GRNI) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in Process Improvement Projects: Participation in process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Support Intercompany Out of Balances: Support resolution of intercompany out of balances to maintain accurate financial records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 Years Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large-scale organization.
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Excellent accuracy and attention to detail in performing all aspects of the role.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to Work Well Under Time Constraints: Ability to work well under time constraints and meet deadlines.
