Responsibilities:

  • Meet with internal candidates' clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for the project
  • Analyze the space to determine its potential and limitations, and create an initial design concept
  • Develop detailed design plans, including sketches, color schemes, and material selections
  • Oversee the entire design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Work closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the design is executed as planned
  • Select and source materials, furniture, and decor items that align with the design vision
  • Prepare cost estimates and manage the project budget to ensure financial efficiency
  • Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards
  • Present design concepts and plans to clients for approval and make necessary adjustments based on feedback
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative solutions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • Licensed Interior Designer
  • 5-10 years of experience as Senior Interior Designer or equivalent
  • With a strong sense of aesthetics and creativity to develop visually appealing designs
  • Ability to manage projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with other professionals
  • Proficient in CAD software and other design tools to create detailed plans and renderings
