Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Senior Architect role located in Metro Manila at Studio Ong. The Senior Architect will lead design packages, coordinate with consultants, and ensure quality from concept to construction. This role involves guiding junior team members and taking the lead in project implementation and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Architect or Interior Designer
  • Has at least 3–5 years experience in architectural design and project management
  • Skilled in preparing construction drawings and coordinating design, with capability to mark up check prints and shop drawings
  • Demonstrates leadership experience and the ability to mentor and support team members
  • Detail-oriented and organized in handling multiple projects

Expectations

  • Lead architectural design packages across phases
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, and team members
  • Review and mark up drawings for connection details, accuracy, and completeness
