We are seeking a skilled professional to join our growing hotels, tourism & leisure group. The role will be based in Manila and will report directly to the Director – Hotels, Tourism & Leisure.

The ideal candidate will be passionate, ambitious and highly motivated to obtaining and executing brokerage transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage transactions from preparation to closing
  • Take an active role in business development and pitches
  • Contribute information to central databases
  • Maintain continuous relationship building and communication with clients to secure new opportunities
  • Utilize market conditions and buyer activity to match potential asset purchases
  • Perform high-level analysis for hotel properties using methodologies such as discounted cash flow, direct capitalization, room revenue multipliers and sales comparison approaches
  • Produce well-written and persuasive proposal documents and marketing materials
  • Assist with proposal documents and presentations

Requirements:

  • Relevant transaction experience and involvement in deal processes
  • Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Real Estate
  • Excellent report writing skills and attention to detail
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to travel
