Remote Medical Support Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Support Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for patients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be organized, and able to multitask efficiently. Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Answer and manage incoming phone calls and inquiries from patients
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars efficiently
- Collect and update patient information accurately in electronic health record systems
- Provide patients with information about services, procedures, and protocols
- Collaborate with other medical staff to ensure quality patient care
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar administrative role

- Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
