
Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Construction Administrator to join our team.
- This role involves providing administrative support to the Construction team, reviewing jobs ready for construction, and scheduling new jobs for construction starts.
- You will also be responsible for preparing and sending official correspondence to clients, facilitating client variations during construction, and preparing construction projections for management.
- An ideal candidate will have proven experience in providing administrative support within a construction or project-based environment, strong understanding of construction workflows, and familiarity with Notice of Commencement procedures.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Proven experience in providing administrative support within a construction or project-based environment.
- Strong understanding of construction workflows, including job readiness reviews and scheduling processes.
- Familiarity with Notice of Commencement procedures and preparation of official client correspondence.
- Ability to prepare construction projections and assist with council permit applications as required.
- Proficient in data entry, digital file management, and use of shared communication channels.
