
Dedicated Tech Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tech Support Representative to provide exceptional customer support via phone and email.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, skilled in written communication, and comfortable working with technical troubleshooting documents.
You will be responsible for providing front-line support to our customers, actively listening to their concerns, and following troubleshooting guides to resolve issues or escalate when necessary.
This is a part-time opportunity, with flexible shifts of 4–5 hours per day, 5 days a week. We offer long-term opportunities for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Use Zendesk, ShipStation, and BigCommerce (training provided if needed)
- Follow troubleshooting guides to resolve issues or escalate when required
- Actively listen to customer issues and provide clear, empathetic solutions
- Assist in writing and updating troubleshooting documentation
- Provide basic guidance related to cars and car parts (training will be provided)
Requirements
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in a tech troubleshooting environment is a plus
- Familiarity with Zendesk, ShipStation, and BigCommerce (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Some knowledge of cars and car parts (does not need to be a mechanic, but must be trainable)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow structured guides
- Detail-oriented and dependable
