We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description:

This role is responsible for providing effective day-to-day IT support to restaurants, guests, and the head office. Key responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues promptly
  • Utilize service management systems to log and track issues, service requests, and complaints
  • Evaluate complex issues and escalate to internal or third-party teams when necessary

Key Responsibilities (continued):

  • Provide customer service by responding to and resolving IT service incidents and customer complaints efficiently
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with end-users, delivery aggregators, franchisees, and head office personnel
  • Ensure all interactions are conducted professionally and in alignment with company standards

Documentation and Service Management:

  • Create and maintain user-friendly documentation and guides for end-users
  • Identify recurring incidents and escalate to Level 2 support to prevent future occurrences

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
  • Familiarity with service management systems and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
