Customer Experience Manager

The Customer Experience Manager shall be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Talent Acquisition and administration of Human Resources policies, procedures, programs and functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media accounts, and recruitment systems to ensure an active pool of applicants.
- Maximize recruitment platforms and screen received applications to match top talent with the company's needs.
- Coordinate interview schedules between applicants and hiring departments while maintaining accurate records of all HR files.
- Maintain the upkeep of the HR storeroom, organizing files and stocks efficiently.
- Develop and implement employee programs covering engagement, occupational safety, HR standards, and practices.
- Foster effective communication, teamwork, and positive working relationships among employees.
- Collaborate with the HR-Talent Acquisition team to build partnerships with colleges, universities, and public employment offices.
- Represent the company at career or job fairs to attract top talent.
A competitive salary range is approximately PHP 50,000 - 80,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Communications, or relevant field.
- At least three years of experience in a related field.
