About This Role

We're seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist who will utilize AI tools to drive marketing initiatives and general operations. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating campaigns, analyzing data, managing email marketing, and supporting content planning across channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies (email, social media, PPC, SEO)
  • Manage email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or HubSpot
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Create comprehensive reports and track campaign performance
  • Assist in content creation and proofreading for blogs, newsletters, and ads
  • Oversee digital assets and marketing materials
  • Support paid advertising efforts via Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Manage calendars using Google Calendar and Calendly
  • Handle email and inbox management
  • Update project management tools like Asana, Trello, and ClickUp
  • Conduct data entry and research
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
  • Assist with administrative tasks and reports

The successful candidate will possess hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, AI software, and project management platforms. They should be highly organized, detail-oriented professionals who can contribute to both strategic marketing efforts and daily administrative tasks.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant, with a focus on marketing management and remote work
  • Experience in email marketing, campaign management, and content planning
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools – preferred but not required
  • Strong skills in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp)
  • Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Strong general business support skills, including:
    • Administrative assistance
    • Calendar and schedule management
    • Email and inbox handling
    • Basic documentation and reporting
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently
