Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive the strategy and direction of our Dynamics platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical teams, leading solution architecture, and ensuring best practices are implemented across the platform.

About This Role
  • This is a strategic leadership position that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead high-performing teams.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Dynamics 365, including technical management and solution architecture within a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
Responsibilities
  1. Lead technical teams and oversee the implementation of tailored solutions that align with clients' business requirements and integrate seamlessly with other platforms.
  2. Collaborate with senior leadership to align platform direction with business objectives, ensuring competitive positioning and value delivery.
  3. Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, presenting our Dynamics capabilities, and act as a technical lead in presales activities.
  4. Represent us at industry conferences and events to strengthen our reputation within the Dynamics and broader tech communities.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365, including technical management and solution architecture within a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
  • Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing technical teams.
  • Deep knowledge of the Dynamics 365 platform, Azure, Power Platform, and related technologies.
  • Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
