Ecommerce Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to oversee e-commerce operations. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.

This individual will be responsible for managing product listings on various platforms, implementing SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, and analyzing website data. Additionally, they will maintain and grow marketplace operations, manage digital assets, and ensure platform listings are visually appealing and aligned with the latest algorithmic requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and optimize product listings on Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other platforms using AI tools where applicable
  • Implement and refine SEO strategies using both traditional and AI-powered methods (e.g., ChatGPT, SurferSEO, Jasper)
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis using AI-based SEO tools
  • Analyze website data and marketplace trends to enhance product positioning and performance
  • Maintain and grow marketplace operations, including inventory updates, shipping compliance, and promotional planning
  • Monitor and report on site traffic, keyword performance, and customer feedback
  • Develop and track marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, GA4, and Looker Studio
  • Manage digital assets, including visuals and SEO-compliant descriptions
  • Ensure platform listings are visually appealing and aligned with the latest algorithmic requirements
  • Manage customer communications, feedback resolution, and operational reporting

Requirements and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience managing e-commerce operations across Amazon, eBay, and Shopify
  • Proven track record in SEO strategy and execution, including familiarity with AI tools
  • Working knowledge of ChatGPT, Jasper, Gemini, SurferSEO, Clearscope, Frase, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and GA4
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to generate AI-powered product copy
  • Strong understanding of Google's SEO content policies and AI compliance best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketplace tools
  • Detail-oriented multitasker with the ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
