
Administrative Support Specialist

This is a part-time role that will scale to full-time. The Executive Assistant will support the founder in managing their calendar, inbox, operations, and creative chaos.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a founder, solopreneur, or small team, with bookkeeping experience and excellent English communication skills.
- Triage and reply to emails on behalf of the founder
- Manage scheduling, calendar invites, and meeting prep
- Prepare daily and weekly to-do summaries or meeting agendas
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and quick to take initiative, with experience using tools like Notion, Gmail, GDrive, Slack, Xero, Zapier, and Hubspot.
