Job Summary

The Front Office Coordinator will be responsible for greeting visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel, and maintaining the security and telecommunications systems.

This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel
  • Maintain the security and telecommunications systems
  • Answer and refer inquiries from visitors
  • Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
  • Maintain a safe and clean reception area
  • Support continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions and irregularities
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Receive and release documents to different departments
Requirements
  • Graduate of any 4-year Business course
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Good communication and written skills
  • Computer literate
  • Fast learner with a pleasing personality
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
