Seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to create engaging, interactive training content that drives learner engagement and retention. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, animating, and producing high-quality instructional videos using tools such as Powtoon or similar software.

This role requires strong visual storytelling skills, with the ability to apply branding guidelines and design principles to produce polished, learner-centric animated videos. You will also collaborate with content creators to storyboard scenes, plan visual flow, and determine the most effective visual treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transform written training materials into dynamic, learner-friendly video formats.
  • Develop engaging storylines and script-to-screen production techniques to enhance clarity, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create learner-focused experiences.
  • Integrate narration, background music, and sound effects to reinforce tone and timing.
  • Review and revise videos based on team and learner feedback to ensure high-quality final deliverables.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in instructional design or eLearning.
  • Proficiency in using video/audio tools (e.g., Powtoon, Canva, Camtasia, Adobe tools, voiceover platforms).
  • Basic knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
