Document Creator Position

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled document creator to join our team. As a key member of our documentation team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality technical documents.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures, instruction manuals, training materials, policies, and work instructions tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define product and documentation requirements.
  • Design and implement web pages using HTML and CSS.
  • Manage and maintain knowledge bases across the organization.
  • Translate complex technical information into clear, concise language for non-technical audiences.
  • Review, proofread, and edit content produced by team members.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in technical writing, specifically in creating service, product, and client-facing documentation.
  • Global perspective with experience working in international environments.
  • Self-motivation with ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS coding, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical jargon into user-friendly language.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
  • Lifelong learner with commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical writing, particularly in technology-driven environments.
  • Familiarity with web design and development.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in HTML and CSS.
  • Strong background in creating user-friendly documentation for non-technical audiences.
