Executive Assistant Role

This is a key role that involves providing strategic support to the executive team.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in executive support, with a proven track record of managing complex schedules and high-level projects. They will be highly proficient in office productivity software, communication tools, and scheduling platforms.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Fully fluent in English, they will be skilled in the use of apps and technology, with the ability to commit long-term and full-time.

Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings across time zones and prioritizing engagements.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and handle logistics to ensure smooth travel experiences.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and other departments, clients, and external partners.
  • Prepare, review, and format documents, presentations, and reports with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy.
  • Assist with email management, ensuring priority messages are flagged and responses are timely.
  • Oversee and track project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with a track record of supporting C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex schedules and high-level projects.
  • High proficiency with office productivity software, communication tools, and scheduling platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey information clearly.
  • Fully fluent in English.
  • Skilled in the use of apps and technology.
  • Ability to commit long-term and full-time.
