Job Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing professional to drive business growth and support our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, creating engaging content, and managing project coordination.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end proposal development, including research, design, and submission.
  • Develop compelling narratives, visuals, and layouts for client proposals and presentations.
  • Create high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, capability statements, and digital assets.
  • Support business development by tracking leads, managing CRM data, and generating insights via platforms like HubSpot and LinkedIn.
  • Coordinate project photography and videography for documentation and brand storytelling.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, automate tasks, and generate data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in marketing, sales, or professional services.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools for content creation, data analysis, or marketing automation (e.g., Jasper, Notion AI).
  • CRM experience with platforms like HubSpot and LinkedIn.
