Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable information and inform strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain interactive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to diverse stakeholders.
  • Support high-level meetings by providing expertise in statistical modeling and experimental design.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and R programming languages for data analysis and manipulation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in statistical modeling, experimental design, and data visualization techniques.
  • Proven ability to work with large datasets, applying knowledge of database systems and ETL processes to drive efficient data management.
  • Familiarity with BI/visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Sisense, Tableau, or Power BI for effective data storytelling.
  • Experience in cloud data environments, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP), to leverage scalable infrastructure and advanced analytics capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex insights clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a quantitative role with a proven track record of navigating ambiguous environments and driving business impact.
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field with a strong foundation in statistical concepts and database principles.
  • Strong understanding of probability, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing to inform data-driven decision-making.
