  • Buying & Forecasting: Analyze market trends and forecast sales to ensure accurate purchasing decisions.

  • Assisting Category Managers: Assist in executing merchandising plans, maintaining inventory levels, negotiations, and merchandising.
  • New Product Sourcing: Source new merchandise and review existing items to ensure products remain competitive.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Technology, or any 4-year course.
  • Working Experience: At least 1 year and up of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Highly analytical on consumer buying patterns.
  • Work Schedule: Amenable to work for a compressed work-week schedule, Monday to Friday, on-site at WalterMart Head Office.
